What is a Neighborhood Group?

​​Neighborhood groups are the core of the American Sewing Guild.  All over the nation, members and guests meet together in various neighborhood groups on a monthly basis to sew, learn, get questions answered or show off their latest accomplishment.  Each of our groups has a unique focus. Members are welcome to attend any or all groups in which they have interest.  The monthly program for each group is listed in the calendar and the newsletter.  Please contact us if you have any questions. APRIL 2026 MEETINGS
  • April 4th - Irvine Group - Upcycling  demonstration by ASG-OC member.
  • April 10th - Serging with a Safety Net. - Troubleshooting Babylock Sergers
  • April 11th - South Orange County Sit & Sew - Bring your current project to work on. 
  • April 13th - Fullerton - North Orange County - Stuffed Animals for all ages.
  • April 14th - Huntington Beach Group - Charity Sewing - Tote Bags
  • April 15th - Newport Beach Group - How to Not Hate Buttonholes
  • April 16th - Costa Mesa Group - Bucket Hats, just in time for summer!
  • April 22nd - Lakewood Group - Quick Sew Projects
